Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Create a streamline process for technicians on how to use the water quality strips in the customer place also should ensure on time they are updating in proper manner
2. Should able to analyse & understand the testing parameters available in the water
3. Functions & uses of water parameters available in the water should be known
4. Updating the data on daily basis as per the testing strips attached in all technician visits.
5. Manage and maintain the records of the Water quality Testing strips
6. Optimise the existing process to the benchmark levels to meet the rapidly changing business environment
7. Build and refine performance management tools to improve quality of the technicians.
8. Communicate with our technicians & customers if needed.
Required Skills/Requirements::
1. Fresher/1 year of experience from the chemist/Microbiologist background
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact in English, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi.
3. Basics of MS Excel, Power point & Word.
4. Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
