Requirements:
- Graduate/Pursuing Graduation in any field
- Able to Work on improving existing campaigns and bringing new ideas to the table
- Assisting performance team in tracking and reporting the existing campaigns through a data-driven approach
- Needs to have a strong analytical data-driven mindset. Responsibilities will frequently include analysing overall data to identify trends and diagnose issues relevant to performance marketing
- Willingness to do research & find ways to do their work in a better way
- Should be able to coordinate with other team members in remote setup
- Should be able to accept & give honest feedback (its tougher than it sounds)
