Our people are the heart of our achievements. Whether you're starting out or a seasoned pro, if you take pride in your work and have bold ambitions, Archetype might be the place for you.

About You

What You Do

Archetype’s internship program is designed to give you a genuine taste of agency life. Rather than sitting on the sidelines, you’ll be embedded into the team and treated as a valued contributor from day one.

You’ll work on designated client accounts each week, getting hands-on exposure to media relations and content creation. This includes learning how teams collaborate, how work moves from idea to execution and how campaigns are delivered in a fast-paced agency environment.

Conduct media pitching
Build and maintain media lists
Create reports and coverage summaries
Research industries, competitors and journalists
Develop content calendars and draft media releases

You will participate in internal brainstorms for new product launches, campaigns, and business pitches, learning how to respond to briefs and generate creative ideas.

You will assist in planning and executing media events, and be on-site to support team members during select events if needed.

You’ll gain first-hand experience of the day-to-day realities of agency life — managing priorities, working across multiple clients, receiving feedback, and learning how different disciplines come together to deliver integrated campaigns.

What You Offer

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You have enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
