Internal Audit-Multiple Roles-Leading Bank
Key Responsibilities:
Perform credit audits for wholesale banking, focusing on lending business, including working capital and term loan products.
Credit Audit Role:
Conduct thorough reviews of credit due diligence processes, documentation, and post-sanction conditions to ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Identify potential weaknesses in credit risk evaluation, monitoring, and overall credit-related processes, recommending corrective actions as needed.
Prepare independent financial analyses to identify any missing information in credit assessment notes.
Accountability:
Develop Business Understanding Documents and create comprehensive audit reports with supporting documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum CA or MBA qualification, or 1-5 years of experience in credit audit (working capital and term loan products) or credit underwriting is required.
Strong knowledge of corporate credit analysis, assessment, and monitoring of working capital and term loan products, trade products, and relevant policies and regulatory requirements is necessary.
Understanding of banking business processes and internal controls related to lending is essential.
