Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Audit Team Leader located in Lucknow. The Internal Audit Team Leader will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing internal audits. The role includes conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, and analyzing financial data to identify areas of improvement. The candidate will also manage team communications and ensure audit processes align with company standards.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Audit Reports
• Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Audits experience
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Effective Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in internal auditing
• Professional certification such as CIA or CPA is a plus
