Job Description
Provide key support to the Internal Communications Manager to ensure the successful delivery of internal communication channels, projects, campaigns and initiatives.
Alongside the Internal Communications Specialist, keep org wide internal communication channels up to date with inspiring, fresh and audience centric content.
Support the Communications Business Partner - Ambulance Operations on delivery of key comms channels and projects.
Provide key administrative support to the Commuinications function. Activities include coordinating stats and reports, maintaining the content calendar and library, minute taking and updating comms collateral.
Contribute to content gathering and research for internal bulletins, memos, publications and reports.
The role is based from our offices in Ellerslie - Auckland.

A degree in communications, media or relevant discipline with subsequent relevant experience or relevant practical communications experience ideally in an NGO or service organisation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to write and produce communications for a diverse audience and a variety of communications channels.
