Internal Events Manager

Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing and Communications team as an Events Specialist, responsible for delivering exceptional internal and external events that enhance our brand experience and drive positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing project planning and operations, collaborating closely on brand and events strategy development, and monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the success of events against objectives.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Design and deliver Marsh McLennan internal and external events, ensuring alignment with strategic investment and growth priorities while delivering an exceptional brand experience for clients and colleagues.
• Develop comprehensive communication and engagement plans, including registration and pre/post-event touchpoints, with a strong focus on bringing the brand experience to life.
• A minimum of three (3) years of event experience in a hospitality, corporate, or agency environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of events are executed to a high standard.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messages for various audiences.
