Overview:
Internal Mobility (IM) is part of the Talent sourcing function. The team's global mandate is to facilitate cross-divisional career mobility while establishing and supporting the infrastructure and cultural awareness required supporting both cross-divisional and inter-divisional mobility. The team specifically focuses on mobility and redeployment.
This role is within the India IM team. The core focus of the role is to drive mobility across the region with specific business and project responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Taking responsibility for driving internal mobility, across all business areas across the region. This will involve partnering with the Human Resources (HR) Business Partner (BP) / Business Advisor (BA) for that area and building strong networks in the business to understand how the IM approach can be effectively applied
• Establishing a close relationship for the Recruitment Process Outsourcer (RPO), Recruitment Partner and IM consultant for that business area, acting as a coach and mentor for the RPO IM consultant
• Aligning with the executive recruitment team to source and feed in senior Director and Managing Director (MD) internal candidates for new MD roles
• Sourcing and placing Deutsche Bank candidates into open positions, ensuring a close relationship and connection with the Talent Acquisition teams to position internal candidates for open positions
• Taking responsibility for a pool of senior Director and MD level individuals who have been through the Talent acceleration program. You will be expected to meet with individuals on an ongoing long term basis to discuss their career development and pipeline them for open roles, as appropriate
• Presenting and sponsoring managed mobility candidates at the monthly mobility forum and weekly hiring updates
• Supporting and driving IM branding, marketing and enablement across the region and business areas
• Educating business and HR on any relevant topics in support of developing the broader commitment to career mobility
• Managing senior level redeployment cases to offer the high touch enhanced redeployment process
• Coaching and guiding the IM team on the internal mobility process and acting as an SME on all queries for scenarios and checks related to Internal mobility eligibility, candidate management and offer processing.
