Job Description
This internal project manager role will be responsible for supporting the NTT Limited Technology Focus Area management team. They will managing statement of works, tracking of projects and reporting key metrics back to Technology Focus Area steering committee.
They will coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project.

The Internal Project and Programme Manager (non-IT Projects) is responsible for the management of projects that range from small or sub-sets of larger projects to large and/or complex in nature. This position may be accountable for the delivery of multiple projects, which are directed toward a common objective They ensure that client and stakeholder expectations are aligned with the agreed scope and deliverables of the program of works.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
• Plan, budget, monitor and report on the project using the required project management tools.
• Act as the bridge between various stakeholders and the teams tasked with the execution of the project.
• Ensure that the project plan is sound, reporting regularly on progress and monitoring the plan to ensure execution within approved budget and schedule.
• Ensure that the project delivers the solution, remains within baselined budget, is delivered on time, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Understand project life cycles and take responsibility for all aspects of the full life cycle of the assigned projects.
• Ensure that project setup, resources and operations are efficiently managed.
• Translate the solutions into project plans and objectives and delivers according to these
• Manage client and stakeholder satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manages escalations adequately.
• Partner with the organisation to ensure the right skills set is employed to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Manage the project team to drive successful project outcome and will escalate any project performance concerns to the relevant line managers.
• Ensure that the project team has access to the relevant project management tools and have the general means to perform their role.
• Promote project services to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Sound knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in relevant field
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PMI, Prince II, Scaled Agile, PgMP, CAPM etc.
Required experience:
• Solid work experience in internal project and programme management
• Experience dealing with and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
