Job Description
You will be a key contact within the Internal Sales Support Team for supplying our customers with contract pricing for major projects for the Upper South Island Region. You will be responsible for compiling detailed and competitive quotes and most importantly ensuring these are submitted on time therefore the ability to work under pressure is crucial.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
Processing customer orders in a timely manner
Providing internal sales support for the Account and Product Managers
Supporting the sales team to provide customer quotes
Assisting in establishing product solutions
Providing support for technical material as required
Liaising closely with the manufacturing and logistics teams regarding delivery schedules
What you will bring:
Proven experience in an internal sales / customer services role – pricing experience is advantageous
Computer literate with Microsoft Office
Demonstrated high levels of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to take direction and adapt easily to new situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience building collaborative relationships
