Internal Sales Specialist

What you will enjoy doing

Safety first and always – accountable for own safety as well as colleagues, customers and visitors
You will serve customers on the counter and over the phone - processing customer orders, responding to requests for information and pricing
In addition, follow-up all sales and technical enquiries to maximise sales success - liaise with Sales Representatives and Manager for approval when discounts and/or irregular quantities are requested
Apply reasonable judgment when making decisions and liaise with senior colleagues when required
You will maintain showroom displays to ensure maximum visual impact as well as having adequate stock on display
Ensure high levels of housekeeping throughout the counter area and the showroom
Furthermore, assist warehouse team when required to pick, pack, dispatch orders
Effective communication with team members in relation to workplace activity and rostering
You will maintain work attire to a professional standard - making a strong first impression and appearing professional at all times when representing SPW
Attend training and information sessions including trade shows to enhance knowledge and experience
