Job Summary :-
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International API Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at Rusan Pharma Ltd. The successful candidate will drive our global API sales strategy, expand our market presence, and manage key client relationships
Key Responsibilities :-
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives for API sales.
• Taking care of existing business and identify avenues to develop new business using IMS, EXIM.
• Identify and target new business opportunities in international markets.
• Meeting API Sales Targets of the organization for assigned territory through active client interaction, effective planning and budgeting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, production, and regulatory affairs, to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Qualification :-
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or API industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Strong understanding of the global pharmaceutical market and API industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
