Meeting target number of outbound/Inbound calls as required
Providing fund information and guidance to the target segmentSupport NFO & other sales & marketing campaigns that are run from time to time through outbound calling & ensuring fulfilment
Increasing the number of MFD activation and business
Drive sales with a view to ensuring that sales targets are met
convey information efficientlyCompetencies Required:
Strong Communication Skills
Good listener
Knowledge of Indian Mutual Fund industry and market place TargetorientedQualification & Experience Required:Graduation is mandatory for mentioned role.0-3 years from any of the customer service background
