Job Description:
We are looking for skilled International Banking Customer Service Specialist for a voice process role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to banking and credit card services, including account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution. The role requires a strong customer service focus, effective communication, and a willingness to work in US Rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls related to international banking and credit card services, including account-related queries, transactions, and troubleshooting.
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, following banking procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
• HSC (Minimum 18 Months of International BPO experience mandatory)
• Graduate (Minimum 10 Months of International BPO experience mandatory).
• Prior experience in banking, finance, or related customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in US and Graveyard rotational shifts.
• No career gaps; must have continuous work history.
• Must be okay to travel to the office and have all required documents (ID proof, educational certificates, and company documents).
• Pick-up and drop-off transportation will be provided by the company.
• Note : All Companies Experience or Relieving Letters Mandatory.
• Note : Exception only can be taken if only for one or two companies relieving letter missing Optional would required supportive documents i.e offer letter/Pay Slips, Bank statements for entire Tenure or employment.
• Note : Background verification through UAN Service history would be checked.
• Note: No relocation Cases and Candidate should be based in Mumbai only can apply
