Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International BPO position at Arise Solution, located in Vadodara. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service to international clients, managing and resolving customer queries effectively, working with sales teams to achieve targeted goals, and providing analytical support for decision-making processes. Collaboration with team members and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards are integral aspects of the role.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Experience or knowledge in Sales practices and strategies
• Basic understanding or experience in Finance is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness and flexibility to work in an on-site setup based in Vadodara
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
