Job Description
USA-based customers will be calling a toll free number for concerns related to their electrical devices or Electronic products at home, offices, SOHO or factory.
Customers may seek appointments with the available or nearby agent. He/she may point out issues using a web camera or just over the voice calls.
Executive will give a proper response and try to resolve customer query/ies and issues related to the electrical/electronic products and services to customer satisfaction.
Calls may be transferred (outgoing calls) to other departments like sales, billing or commercial based out of the USA and help in coordination with the customers.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
