All candidates must be comfortable with Night Shift and have very good English language Communication skills. These candidates (Agents) will be interacting with customers in USA. Agents needs to understand the requirements and respond so that customers are able to understand the agents.
This is not a sales profile. No targets. This is a pure inbound customer service profile. Customer satisfaction is the key deliverable. This is a work from Office job. No remote work.
The budget is up to Rs 50,000 per month depending on the last drawn salary, experience, and communication skills
Graduates preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in International voice process desirable.

Customer Service Executive – Job Duties (International Voice Process US and UK)
• Responsible for Taking inbound calls from customers in US and UK
• Learn and practice on existing and new products offered
• Thoroughly Learn functions of software and products offered to customers
• Speak with clients globally primarily from USA through: Chat, Phone & Email
• Co-ordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries and fulfil needs
• Complete all assigned customer tickets timely and ensure customer satisfaction
• Documentation of cases on the Portal and other efficiently use tools like – Word, Power Point and Excel
