Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Graduate Freshers)
Location: Gurugram
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, professionally.
- Provide prompt and accurate information, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response time.
Requirements:
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rotational shift environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Candidate should be ok to work in rotational shifts and week offs
Both side cabs will be provided (within the hiring zone).
