We are Hiring Operations - Assistant Manager (International BPO).
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Candidates should have experience of Assistant Manager under Sales/KPIs
• Ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.
• Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency.
• Knowledge of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.
• Provide feedback, training sessions and other team development exercise.
Required Skills :
• Candidate must be comfortable to work in night shifts and work from office.
• Looking candidate from International Sales background only.
• Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Must be analytical and detail oriented.
• Should have handled a team of 4-5 TLs.
