Handling the customers inquiry and co-ordination with Sales. Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
Expedia process
• Banking process- Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.
• Customer service executive (CSE) - Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.
• Tech Support (Technical Voice) -Trouble Shoot Technical Queries for various clients through voice, chat and email.
• Customer service Semi Voice process. Fresher Salary - up to 16-20k Experience Salary - up to 22-30k Shift :US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift Qualification: 10th, 12th, Graduate
