Previous experience in the customer service or call center is preferential • Should be above the age of 18 years PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing Microsoft operating system issues • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing Apple/Android operating system issues • 1+ years of experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing mobile devices and their operating platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Phone/RT) • 1+ Years of experience utilizing home theater systems and gaming consoles • 1+ years of experience in a retail environment Job Type: Fresher Salary: ₹1+,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Schedule: • Flexible shift Supplemental pay types: • Quarterly bonus • Shift allowance Ability to commute/relocate: • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: • total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • English (Preferred) Speak with the employer ++1____##### Expected Start Date: 25/11/2026
