We are seeking dynamic and results-driven International Outbound BPO Callers to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in the Dubai Gulf market and Canada, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients in the Dubai Gulf market and Canada to introduce and promote our products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to accurately and persuasively communicate benefits to potential clients.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Management: Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records of calls and client information in the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for market penetration.
