• Work Days: 5.5 Days Working
• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers Also Eligible)
• Education: Undergraduates & Graduates (Any Stream)

What You'll Do
• Deliver prompt and professional support to international customers
• Handle queries through live chat, and email
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints with clarity and empathy
• Follow up on unresolved queries and document interactions accurately
• Work closely with team leads to achieve quality & performance targets

• Undergraduates or graduates (any discipline)
• Willingness to work in rotational & night shifts
