We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our client as a Customer Service Representative in our international BPO division.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Gurugram
Shift:Rotational shifts (including evenings, nights, weekends)

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution
- Effectively navigate computer systems to accurately input and retrieve customer information
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer queries and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and metrics
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Min 1 year as a customer service experience, in an international BPO environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
