Location: Pune
Experience: Minimum 1 year of international voice experience in Customer service (Billing)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Resolving device issues using troubleshooting techniques and providing clear and concise information to customers.
• Reviewing account information and addressing inquiries related to billing, services, and products.
• Assisting customers with understanding billing-related matters such as recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, prorate charges, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
• Handling product questions and promoting or selling products and services when appropriate.
• Demonstrating exceptional communication skills, including clarity in thought and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Handling challenging situations with customers professionally and finding effective solutions.
• Multitasking efficiently and making rapid, independent decisions to address customer needs.
• Working in a 247 environment with rotational shifts, ensuring timely and professional responses to all customer queries.
• Prioritizing a customer-centric approach and demonstrating logical thinking.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum of 1 year of international voice experience in Customer Service (Billing) [Basic Technical & Sales].
• Proficiency in understanding billing processes and various billing-related aspects, including recurring bills, due dates, and charges.
• Prior experience in resolving customer issues, billing inquiries, and handling product-related questions.
• A genuine interest in learning new technologies and promoting or selling products and services.
• Strong and demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and grace.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to make fast decisions independently.
• Willingness to work in a 247 environment with rotational shifts, typically 5 days a week.
• A customer-centric approach and logical thinking.
• The ability to provide timely and professional responses to all customer queries.
