• Customer Support for telecom, retail and banking, insurance segment.
• Maintain the reports accurate.
• Involved in Providing Email and chat Customer support to External End Users and External Commercial Account End Users 4G network support across India.
• Handling emails / chats resolving technical and customer service issues for telecom process.
• Proficient in Connectivity telecom issues and customer service.
• Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and support.
Flexible to work in rotational [24]7 shifts | 5 days working with 2 split leaves/ 2 way transport
