Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Australian customers
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow procedures methodically to accurately respond to client requests for information including smoke alarm quote, compliance status, invoice requests, inspection status updates.
• Provide clients with information relating to smoke alarm legislations in various states and territories.
• Provide quotes and information to clients relating to upgrading their smoke alarm system.
• Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of new property lists.
• Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client and technician work orders
• Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client invoices
ELIGIBILITY-
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Repr
