Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service
• Good Communication Skills.
• Basic Computer Knowledge &Troubleshooting software and hardware issues & Troubleshooting Networking and connection issues.
• Advising on software upgrades.
• Should have good knowledge of Remote tools like team viewer, ultra viewer and supremo control.
• Should be comfortable working in Night shift 6 days in week (Mon-Sat).
