Job Description:
Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced International BPO Executives to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home opportunity, offering flexibility and a competitive salary. As an International BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to our international clients. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and resolve queries efficiently.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product and service information to provide accurate assistance to customers.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics as set by Votiko Solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards in all interactions with customers.
• Training Participation: Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new processes and procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Open to all education levels.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in customer support or as a telecaller, preferably in an international BPO.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Work Environment: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in different shifts, including nights and weekends, to accommodate international clients.
