Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and general information
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines
Requirements:
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
