We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle calls efficiently. As a Tele caller, you will be vital in generating leads, building customer relationships, and promoting our products/services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotional offers.

Lead Generation: Generate leads.

Customer Engagement: Provide accurate information about products and services.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English . Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Listening Skills: Active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Basic Computer Knowledge.

Positive Attitude: Polite, confident, and enthusiastic with a customer-centric approach.

Education: Any Graduate or 12th.
