Fresher, 6 months - 4 Years Qualification: HSC & Above
Process: Inbound Process
Timings: 4:30 pm- 12:30 am {Evening shift} 6:30 pm 2:30 am {Evening shift} 12:30 am- 8:30 am {Night Shift} Shift: 247 process. Rotational shift.8 hours shift.
Week Offs: Rotational week offs. 6-week offs in a month Work Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai(shifting to Vashi within 2 months)
Location boundaries: AIROLI, VASHI, PANVEL, TALOJA PHASE 1 AND ULWE One side pick or drop facility is available as per the shift.

Job Description: Manage amounts of incoming calls. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
