Job Description
Should have good experience in BPO/Call Centre (Outbound) calling.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is preferrable.
Team player with positive inter-personal skills.
Must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience working as agent/tele-caller in outbound-voice process.
Role & Responsibilities:
Performing the day-to-day activities (calling/non-calling) as per the requirements.
Perform as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on daily basis.
Ensure the completion of tasks assigned and record on appropriate systems.
Contributing to the growth of the company through becoming a successful team player.
Salary:
₹12,000.00 - ₹2+,000.00 per month
