Role & Responsibilities:
• Initiating outbound calls to both prospective and existing clients to highlight the latest

engine and transmission technologies offered by the automotive company.
• Addressing incoming calls from clients seeking information about engine and transmission

and automotive components and resolving their inquiries effectively.
• Ensuring accurate and current client data is maintained in the company's database.
• Delivering comprehensive details about the company's engine and transmission solutions,

including pricing and special offers, to potential and existing clients.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
