Job DescriptionResponsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyze the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable (AR)Capable to capturing denials.Appeal to insurances for pending claims.Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management.Primary SkillsExperience in international BPO, specifically in a Voice, Backend and Email Handling process.Exposure in handling and resolving customers issues
Secondary SkillsEnd to End knowledge of RCM (revenue cycle management) process.Candidates must have Excellent communication skills and open for rotational shift and rotational week off
