Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Support - BGV Chat team for an exciting role in the BPO International Blended Process related to Insurance services. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers through chat-based support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support via chat for international clients in the insurance domain.
• Address customer queries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle inbound and outbound interactions with customers, following established guidelines and processes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver prompt and accurate resolutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Experience: 2 years in an International Voice or Chat process (BPO experience is a must).
• Any Graduate (Candidates from any stream are eligible).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer expectations.
Job Details:
• Location: Pune (Hadapsar).
• Work Schedule: 5 Days working, with 2 Days Rotational Off.
• Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
• Joining Batch: Every Tuesday and Thursday.
• Cab Facility: 2-way cab service available.
