Job Description
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records activities and other information
Skills Requirements
• Proven experience of at-least one year
• Fast typing with experience in data entry
• Should have good oral and written communication skills (written and verbal) and can perform basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations
• Maintains composure and patience with customers.
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgement and critical thinking
• Minimum Graduate
