Looking for the outstanding verbal and written communication skills / PC skills and Internet familiarity.
-Demonstrate computer systems proficiency in a Microsoft and Internet based environment.
-Basic operating knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
-Must be fluent in English language including Spelling and Grammar
-Customer Support

-Qualification – Only Graduates
-Experience – 50% Experience, 1 year of minimum experience from Contact centre+50% Freshers)
-English & International language proficiency B2 (Equivalent to US Versant cut off 58-68)
-24 WPM typing and 85% Accuracy oral communication skills
-Working Window-8:30PM-5:30AM (Flexibility needed in case of business need)
-Sat-Sun offs (Flexibility needed in case of business need)
-WFO - Bangalore – ITPL
-Pick up & drop facilities (Within hiring boundary)
CTC- Up to 33,000/-PM
