- Handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales. Handling calls, collecting and updating the database. Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation
• Improvement and quality assurance programs.
- Customer service executive (CSE) - Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.
• Shift : US Fix shift
• Qualification:
• 10th, 12th, Graduate
• Industry: BPO customer service ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO.
• Required Experience:
- Rounds of interview:
- HR round, Operation Round, CEO round
• Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
• Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
