Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Year customer support in international BPO
Must Have Skills-
BPO
Customer service
International Call centre
US Shift
Excellent communication skills
Should have computer and internet knowledge / Knowledge of billing
UG and any Grad with min 1 Year International BPO Exp.
Work from Office Only
5 days per week / split week off
12 - 17 months Experience - 4,00,000 CTC (25000 in training / 28000 on production floor)
>18 months Experience - 4,11,000 CTC
10k Loyalty Bonus paid to Verizon agents after completion of 6 months and 12 months of employment.
(20k Annual - paid in 2 parts - 10k+10k)
