• Profile Introduction:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Telecallers to join ourInternational BPO team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
• Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Provide information about products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
