Job Title: International Bpo Voice Process - Chat SupportLocation: Vadodara & GandhinagarSalary: Up to 30k (Based on BPO experience & Interview) Shifts: Night shift and Rotational shift between 6 am - 10 pm (24*7 envirDear Jobseekers,We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Customer Experience Specialist - Chat Support in Vadodara & Gandhinagar locations.We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Fronment)Week Off: Any two rotational week offResponsibilities:Provide excellent customer service through chat support.Respond promptly to customer inquiries.Handle and resolve customer complaints.Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.Document all customer interactions in the appropriate system.Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals.Participate in training and coaching sessions as required.Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.Be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.Must be able to commute within a local transport boundary of 30kms.
