Key Responsibilities:
Identify and expand into new export markets while building and nurturing strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
Conduct market research to support strategic business expansion and identify new opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oversee and coordinate the order process for export customers, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Maintain strong product knowledge of herbal products and their applications in global markets.
