Job Description
We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our organization, by providing counselling to students staying abroad and willing to pursue their higher education in India.
You should be knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive with strong communication skills.
Business Development ExecutiveResponsibilities:
· Highlighting the benefits of specific courses in order to attract students and encourage diversity on campus.
· Staying current with university admission processes and requirements.
· Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.
· Handle Calls – Inbound / Outbound, chats, e-mails.
· Follow Up on leads generated through various sources.
· Counsel and guide aspiring candidates staying overseas about the various academic options.
· Address their Queries.
· Counselling and effective follow up with the leads on a regular basis and converting them into admission.
· Guiding the students staying abroad with their visa process and fees payment.
Business Development Executive Requirements:
· Minimum graduation required (Fresher’s can also apply).
· Applicant should have fluent English communication skills (Speaking, writing & understanding).
· Knowledge of any other foreign language would be an added advantage.
· Prior experience in international client handling would be an added advantage.
