Description
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (Australian international process)
Take ownership on calls/Emails & ability to resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, or social media
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
Warm calling to prospects
Communicate and co-ordinate with internal teams
Should have descent keyboard and mouse handling skills
