Role/ Department

The international channel marketing associate will work in the Marketing team and will partner with the distribution, Product, investment teams and other internal and internal stakeholders. The role holder will coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and key strategic projects. In addition to the primary responsibilities outlined, this role will be responsible for supporting short- and long-term marketing initiatives and coordinating ad-hoc strategic initiatives.

The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
• Responsible for coordinating multiple marketing projects. Assists with setting project objectives, determining priorities and timeframes, identifying and resolving problems, and monitoring and reporting on results.
• Create and maintain procedural documents to streamline processes and help the team become a more efficient and effective resource for the business.
• Support the execution of marketing activity and campaigns targeting professional investors based in EMEA and APAC.
• Review, update and maintain marketing collaterals and webpages targeting key international audience.
• Coordinates and support the organization and execution of client conferences, including logistics, materials creation and internal communication
• Partner with marketing and distribution partners to identify and develop opportunities to promote the products and services.
• Lead internal communication and reporting to keep marketing and distribution partners up to date with marketing plans, results and any new collateral.
• Provides additional team support as directed by manager.

Skills/ Qualifications

The successful candidate will benefit from having:
• Previous experience/interest in financial markets and investments product, more specifically sustainable investing is helpful.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Easily adaptable with ability to multi-task in order to manage competing and changing priorities.
• Must be willing to take initiative to overcome obstacles and take on new tasks/responsibilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and SharePoint experience a plus.
