The International Consumer Banking Strategy Group functions as an internal consulting group, working directly with senior business stakeholders on projects having significant impact on the firm's strategic endeavors across the globe. Projects include developing international growth strategies, assessing and planning new product and market entry, outlining business deep dives, evaluating strategic investments, improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, defining digital/technology strategy, formulating firm's acquisitions/ divestitures strategy, enhancing cross business collaboration and identifying strategically significant industry themes/ trends.
