We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as International Customer Care Associates in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Job Description: As an International Customer Care Associate, you will be a vital part of our customer success team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through calls and chats. You will be expected to maintain excellent communication skills in fluent English, adapt to rotational shifts, and work 6 or 5.5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and issues via calls and chats.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Adapt to rotational shifts and weekly offs as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
Required Candidate Profile:
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• This is an office-based position; remote work is not available.
• Virtual interview mode for outstation candidates.
• Prior experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
Education:
• UG: Graduation Not Required
