(10:00PM to 7:00AM)
Salary for freshers: 10k upto 15k+incentives
Salary for experienced (1 year minimum): 15k upto 25k+incentives
Key Responsibilities:
.Provide accurate information about the product and services to customer
.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concern and offering appropriate solutions
.collaborate with other team member to improve customer service processes and procedures.
. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Qualification and Skills:
.12th pass
.Previous experienced in an international customer service role is preferred minimum
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
.Strong problem-solving and decision- making abilities.
.Ability to handle stressful situation and difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
.Attention to details and accuracy in data entry and customer documentation
