Job Responsibilities:
· Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally with the clients.
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries, complaints& communicating with customers through various channels. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/ tools within the timeframes.
o Create Case log for customer’s enquiries / complaints
o Determine cause of the problem
o Explain best solution to solve the problem
o Expedite correction or adjustment
o Follow up to ensure resolution.
· Proactive customer outreach and may include offering support before customers ask for help.
· Escalate complaints to the appropriate internal teams.
o Communicate supply issues to partners and help to drive alternative customer solutions.
o Maintain a consistent, professional, and effective communication process with internal business partners.
· Proficient in SAP, read &decipher purchase orders and able to create order fulfillment report based on credit approval and quality approved stock.
o Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities
o Tracking important metrics is the key to fulfillment process improvement.
o Gather and analyse data to identify issues in order fulfillment.
o Working alongside 3PLs to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations
o Able to manage multiple stock reports for order fulfillment.
o Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and/or deadstock
o Providing data-backed and actionable updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment
· Coordinate with quality team to get approved stock for dispatches.
· Coordinate with planning team for inventory availability to fulfill the orders.
· Incase of non-availability of inventory then information is shared with respective partners& customer.
· Handling order cancellations, product returns, or exchanges
· Coordinate with logistics team for deliveries to customer and follow through with products reaching their final destination.
· Monitor and follow up on pending orders, backlog status
· Ensure effective collaboration with sales,planning, order management, logistics &warehouse departments to enable optimization of order fulfillment and meeting OTIF.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proficient in Ms Office applications, SAP &inventory management systems
· Independent, good interpersonal and business-level communication skills (oral and written)
· Attentive, multitasking capabilities, detail-oriented
· Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
· Eager to learn and come with solutions for the problem.

Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
